Cooper's Coffee Haus - OneAyala in Metro Manila

"one of my favorite coffee shops in the metro! if you're a fan of the viral Starbucks' Barista Drink, you need to try Cooper's Honey Oat Latte, it might not be directly the same as the Barista Drink, but think of it as it's lighter (less sweet) but deeper flavor version. It has been my go-to order whenever i visit the store. haven't tried the food and pastries available, yet but they kinda look plain. the sandwiches looks good tho."

"There's a new Cooper's House stall inside One Ayala Mall and I've been there twice already. Iike that it has a few bar stools so you can hang out while enjoying coffee. I loved the drinks, they were really good, but they only have one cup size for hot drinks. They have a few pastries too; I liked the croissant."

"Coopers has been on my radar for quite some time. Though I’m never got the chance to try their Westgate Alabang branch which I’ve been hearing on TikTok, I had the chance to try their stall here on One Ayala. Right off the bat, I ordered their recommended Dirty Ube Latte, which I had high expectations — but for me fell flat. But I’m still expecting since I haven’t ordered their Matcha and Espresso (Which I’ll order on their Alabang Westgate branch). Maybe the Dirty Ube wasn’t for my tastebuds. The staff were friendly and extremely patient with my queries, given that it was almost closing time. Their high chairs werre comfortable for catching up and something I’d definitely bring my friends to."

"The coffee & sandwiches are good. i ordered honey oat meal latte, dirty matcha, tuna melt & four cheese. The cashier & barista is really kind too. He take care of our orders and keep us entertained & his name is Jonathan."

"Big fan of Cooper’s ever since I tried it for the first time a few months ago. My fave so far is the brown butter latte. Not much of a fan of their matcha latte for some reason. I also love their pain au chocolate. They have a few seating, but it’s still pretty chill and good when you want something on-the-go."

Takw note of Limited seats when dining in But definitely a good place to stop by and have some coffee when you are in one ayala."

"Cooper’s Coffee in One Ayala serves really good coffee and is conveniently located, perfect for a quick stop before or after work. The dine-in setup is mostly stools, but surprisingly comfortable. The baristas are friendly and make the experience even better. Definitely worth visiting!"

"Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) ​The Drinks: I ordered via Grab and tried the Brown Butter Latte (Hot) and the Iced Ube Latte. Flavor-wise? 10/10. ​Iced Ube Latte: This was the standout. It tasted exactly like melted ube ice cream and came with pinipig toppings that added a great crunch. It’s easily one of the best ube lattes I’ve had lately. ​Brown Butter Latte: Very well-balanced and "swabe" yung timpla. You can tell they use quality ingredients. ​The Packaging: Super impressed with their delivery security. They put a layer (parang baking sheet/parchment) over the rim before the lid to ensure zero spills. Everything arrived pristine. ​The Catch: Bitin talaga! For the price and the quality of the coffee, the cup size feels a bit small. I found myself wishing there was more to enjoy. ​Final Verdict: The taste is definitely worth it, but please, Coopers Coffee Haus—pa-upsize naman ng drinks niyo!"
